These services include the basic radiography (RT) but recently we have added computerised radiography to improve efficiency of delivering test results to the client immediately after inspections are carried out. PCN magnetic particle inspection (MPI) using visible and fluorescent test methods. PCN dye-penetrant inspection (DPI) using visible and fluorescent test methods. PCN Ultrasonic Thickness Surveys (UTM) with the option of automating imaging using our robotic XYZ scanners. PCN Eddy Current Surface Inspection (ET) and also the option for advanced Eddy Current Array – ECA for improved analysis and recording of inspection results Visual Inspection (VT) both un-aided and aided using a variety of remote visual cameras and borescopes.
Ultrasonic shear-wave weld inspection (UTSW) with the option for more advanced technology using recorded Phased Array ultrasonics and Time of Flight inspection techniques (TOFD).
