PEC  is a non-intrusive electromagnetic technique based on Pulsed Eddy Current technique, it is ideal for measurement and monitoring of corrosion in low alloyed carbon steel pipes and vessels through insulation coatings, paints, concrete fire-proofing.  It does not require direct contact, cleaning or special preparation of the surface.  PEC is an efficient and effective solution for the examination of insulated and corroded components and can be used for applications on dirty, rough, cold and high temperature objects.
